At the request of the Board of Trustees, and following presentations and discussions at previous Board meetings, Business Services presented options for a revision to Purchasing Policy. Based upon the direction provided by the Board on November 17, 2021, Administrative Regulation 3312 has been revised and is being brought forward for the first reading. Following the final approval of Administrative Regulation 3312 at the January Board meeting, this Purchasing Policy revision will be effective.
