Summary:
|
On August 29, 2023, the Perris Union High School District entered into a multi-year Service Agreement with SenseAbilities, Inc. in the amount of $10,000. Services rendered are for one individual student according to an OAH Case Settlement Agreement. The services include Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy.
This Amendment No. 1 would increase the amount not to exceed by $3,000 for a total contract cost of $13,000. Cost is based on services known to date and pursuant to the OAH Case Settlement Agreement.
