Summary:

The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with KONE, Inc. for elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance at various school sites districtwide for the 2025-26 school year.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The cost for maintenance services is $6,602.28 per month, for a total cost of $79,227.36.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2025-26 operating budget funded through the Maintenance Fund, not the General Fund.
