Summary: Clover Enterprises, Inc. has successfully provided athletic training/first responder services to California Military Institute (CMI), and CMI would again like to retain its services for the upcoming year.

Clover Enterprises will provide an athletic trainer rendering 25 hours of service per week to CMI at the cost of $57,750.

The term of this Agreement shall be from August 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) one-year terms.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through the Charter General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement with Clover Enterprises, Incorporated for Athletic Trainer/First Responder Services at the California Military Institute.
