Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District entered into an Agreement with ConnectEd in September 2022 to support the planning and design of the Linked Learning approach for Liberty High School and do an orientation for district leaders. This new Agreement will provide follow-up support for Liberty High School (LHS) and Perris High School (PHS) and continued work with the District Leadership team to ensure the supports are in place to support LHS and PHS in planning and implementing the Linked Learning approach.
The vision is to add to the scope of work completed in 2022-23, including an end-of-summer check-in with each Pathway Team, school visits, learning walks with the Administrative team, a review of project implementation, and professional development sessions to support site team needs.
ConnectED will provide regular consultation calls and support site visits with district leadership teams for planning, implementation, and follow-up on pathways. ConnectED will also develop action plans and plan workflow, agendas, master schedule support, and provide feedback on all aspects of the pathway design.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024; for a total contract cost not to exceed $50,300.
This Agreement is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the services being negotiated after the June 2023 Board meeting deadlines.

The cost for this item is included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
