Summary:
|
On October 15, 2020, the District and PSEA entered into a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Building Assets, Reducing Risks (BARR) program at Perris High School for the 2020-21 school year. Subsequently, the Board approved the MOU at its November 18, 2020 board meeting.
The District and PSEA met on April 23, 2021, to formalize and finalize the District’s consultation and negotiation obligations with the Association regarding the implementation of this program for the 2021-22 and the 2022-23 school years. Both parties agree that the Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Building Assets, Reducing Risks (BARR) program implementation at Perris High School shall be extended through June 30, 2023.
