Summary:
|
Paloma Valley High School (PVHS), Heritage High School (HHS), and Liberty High School (LHS) would like to retain the services of Walsworth for a one (1) year term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Walsworth has successfully provided full-service assistance, from yearbook inception to production, to sale of the yearbooks for the High Schools. The sites have been extremely happy with the quality of the product and services that Walsworth has provided.
The estimated cost of services for the 2025-26 school year will be as follows:
- Paloma Valley High School $55,770.79
- Heritage High School $32,445.00
- Liberty High School $36,000.00

The cost for this item will be included in the 2025-26 operating budget funded through the school site’s respective Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.

Recommendation:

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Amendments No. 4 to the Agreements with Walsworth for publication of Yearbooks.
