Summary: Liberty High School would like to retain the services of Walsworth for a one (1) year term from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

Walsworth has successfully provided full-service assistance, from yearbook inception to production to the sale of the yearbooks for other high schools throughout the district in past years. The District has been happy with the quality of the product and services that Walsworth has provided. Liberty High School wishes to enter into an Agreement for its inaugural yearbook.

The estimated service cost for the 2022-23 school year will be $36,000.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through the Liberty High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Walsworth for publication of the Liberty High School yearbook.
