Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District entered into an Agreement for Professional Services with Brandee Johnson for the 2022-23 school year, including Extended School Year (ESY). These services will provide Home Hospital academic services at a cost of $70.00 per hour. These services would be provided to a Perris High School student with special education needs according to their IEP.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, at a total cost not to exceed $18,000.
This item is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contractor proposal and the need for Home Hospital Academic services to commence upon the student’s first day of school.
