Summary:

The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) partners with Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) to support the use of StudentTracker, a tool developed by the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). The NSC provides a nationwide, central repository of information on student enrollment, degrees, diplomas, certificates, and other educational achievements. This year, the DiplomaVerify service is being offered as an additional service at no cost as part of the partnership with RCOE. DiplomaVerify is the free and easy way to quickly impact graduates’ lives through online consent-based diploma verifications that help them qualify for jobs faster. The NSC’s DiplomaVerify service allows the district to automate its diploma verifications for employment purposes.
The Perris Union High School District wishes to engage the NSC to perform verifications of diplomas of School graduates in response to requests from third parties authorized to receive such information and has an active StudentTracker for High Schools Agreement with a Third Party Payer.
The term of this Agreement shall be for five (5) years from December 16, 2021, through December 15, 2026.
