Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services with Brandee Johnson for the 2022-23 school year, including Extended School Year (ESY). These services will provide home hospital academic services at the cost of $53.20 per hour. These services would be provided to a Perris High School student with special education needs according to their IEP.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, at a total cost not to exceed $15,000.
