Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District has entered into multiple Agreements with Independent Contractors to provide music-specialized instruction for the Heritage High School (HHS) Music Program. Additionally, these contractors will serve as support to the Band Director in assisting with areas such as the Marching Band, Winter Drumline, and Winter Guard Visual Services for the 2022-23 school year.
The Agreements are as follows:
Thomas Morales - for woodwind music arranging and brass services; amount not to exceed $13,050.
Elias Rodriguez - for visual, drill, and brass music services; amount not to exceed $13,050.
Jorge Marquez - for percussion repairs, music arranging, and services; amount not to exceed $26,100.
Christopher Requejo - for visual, drill instruction, and high brass music services; amount not to exceed $14,000
These Agreements shall be from September 16, 2022, through June 30, 2023, for a total amount not to exceed $66,200.
This item is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the need for services to commence in alignment with the Marching Band season and the untimely receipt of proposals from the contractors.
