Summary:
|
On January 31, 2024, the California Military Institute (Charter) and the California Military Institute Teachers Association (CMITA) reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) on Appendix A - Compensation for the 2023-24 school year. The Agreement will provide an ongoing five-percent (5%) increase to all salary schedules effective July 1, 2023, for all unit members in paid status as of January 1, 2024. (This ongoing increase is inclusive of the two-percent (2%) increase previously negotiated for the 2023-2024 school year.) Additionally, effective July 1, 2024, the Charter will increase the contribution towards premiums for health and welfare benefits for full-time unit members.
