Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into a two (2) year Service Agreement with Unifirst Corporation for mat rental services. Mats will be exchanged bi-weekly and serviced throughout the school year at all sites.
The term for this Agreement shall be for two (2) years from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, at an estimated cost of $5,880 per year, for a total contract price of $11,760. This Agreement has an option to renew for an additional one (1) year period upon mutual written consent.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2024-25 and 2025-26 operating budgets funded through Nutrition Services, not the General Fund.
