Summary:
|
On May 18, 2022, the Board approved the Multi-Year Agreement IN80007 for CTE instructors through June 30, 2024, for the California Military Institute (CMI). Modification No. 2 of Agreement IN80007 increased the FTE by $14,397.34; for a total contract cost of $139,275.57. This Modification No. 3 seeks to add one (1) CTE instructor at a cost of $139,275.57, including salary and benefits per teacher. This increases the total contract amount by $139,275.57 for the 2023-24 school year. The total dollar amount of the Agreement shall be $278,551.14.
Below is the additional CTE class per Modification No. 3:
1.0 FTE - Computer Programming (ICT)
Modification No. 3 will be in effect and valid starting July 1, 2023. The term of the initial Agreement is from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the Charter General Fund.
