Summary: Perris High School (PHS) would like to enter into an Agreement with School Datebooks, Inc. (SDI) to purchase student planners. PHS has purchased student planners from SDI in past years and has been satisfied with their services. This Agreement will allow PHS to benefit from the materials at a discounted price for the 2024-25 school year and not have to worry about a cost increase when it comes time to order for the new school year. Orders shall not be placed until the new school year ordering window opens, and items shall not be received prior to July 1, 2024. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, for a total contract cost of $17,651.68.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2024-25 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
