Summary:
|
The Heritage High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with WorldStrides Adventures America in order to retain a location for the Heritage High School Grad Nite 2023 at Universal Studios Hollywood.
The Universal Studios Hollywood Grad Bash 2023 will be held at 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608, on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 10:00 am until Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 2:00 am, with an estimated cost of $119 per ticket. Heritage High School estimates 350 purchased student tickets and 24 complimentary chaperone tickets. The selection for grad nite has been approved by the 2022-23 Senior Class students and Senior Class Advisor.
This Agreement is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the increased interest in this particular location by other schools and the need to secure the date for the Grad Nite event.

The cost for this item is included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through the Heritage High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify the Agreement with WorldStrides Adventures America for the 2023 Heritage High School Grad Nite at Universal Studios Hollywood.
