Summary:
|
As a preliminary matter, the California Military Institute (Charter) recognizes that many provisions of the current contract are working effectively. Accordingly, the Charter proposes to maintain the existing contract language in all other articles of the Agreement. Additionally, the Charter may add to, delete from, amend, or modify these proposals during the meeting and negotiation process, as permitted under the Educational Employment Relations Act (EERA).
