Summary:
|
On May 9, 2023, the California Military Institute (Charter) and the California Military Institute Teachers Association (CMITA) reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) for the 2023-24 school year. The parties agreed to language changes in Article V - Grievance Procedure, Article VI - Class Size, and Article VIII - Certificated Evaluation Procedure. The Charter and CMITA also agreed to add a new language: Article XIII - Probationary Release and Dismissal.
