Summary:
|
The District is requesting the approval of a new job description for a Physical Therapist and authorization to recruit. The District has attempted to contract these services through an outside agency with limited success. The position will be an unrepresented classified position designed to provide physical therapy services, along with assessment and reporting, as identified in each student’s Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
The salary range of $98,756 to $124,649, Salary Schedule #263, Row 1, working a total of 203 days per school year.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through Special Education, not the General Fund.
