Summary:
|
The California Military Institute (CMI) would like to enter into an Agreement with THINK Together, Inc. (THINK), a California nonprofit corporation, to provide an after-school program for students through the After School Educational and Safety Grant (ASES). THINK will supply the staff, materials, management, supervision, and volunteer recruitment for the after-school program.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.
THINK will be paid a prorated amount of the grant award from the California Department of Education according to Schedule A, attached to the Agreement, in the amount of $83,556.00.
This Agreement is being taken to the Board as ratification due to the services being negotiated after the June 2021 Board meeting deadlines.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through the After School Educational and Safety Grant, not the Charter School.
