Luis Robles, Paloma Valley High classified staff and wrestling coach; Monique Robles, Paloma Valley High School teacher and wrestling coach; Sonia Baniquad, Paloma Valley High School walk-on wrestling coach, request approval from the Board of Trustees to attend the 23rd Annual True Wrestler Napa Valley Girls Tournament Classic, in Napa Valley, California, January 6-7, 2023 with two (2) Paloma Valley High School girls wrestling team members.
The 23rd Annual True Wrestler Napa Valley Girls Tournament Classic is an opportunity for our Girls Wrestling Team members to attend a tournament with girls' teams and individual female wrestlers in the State of California. Wrestlers who emerge victorious from this two-day tournament traditionally represent their leagues and sections at the CIF State Wrestling Meet.
Two (2) Paloma Valley High School student wrestlers have been invited to compete in this tournament this year. Each student's individual family will provide student transportation, lodging, and meals. The three (3) coaches will be traveling to Napa Valley via District vehicle. Any additional costs will be paid from the PVHS Associated Student Body fund.

The cost for this item is included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through the Paloma Valley High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
