Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with THINK Together, Inc. to provide Summer Learning Recovery Program services at Pinacate Middle School for four (4) hours per day over 21 program days. Think Together will provide four (4) Program Leaders and one (1) Site Coordinator to deliver a supervision ratio of not more than one (1) staff member to 22 students and one (1) supporting Program Leader to adhere to health guidelines.
The term of this Agreement shall be from June 14, 2021, through July 23, 2021, at a total cost of $29,399.
This Agreement is being brought forth to the Board as ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contract from THINK Together.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2020-21 and 2021-22 operating budgets funded through the Title 1 Fund, not the General Fund.
