Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) to facilitate the mutual sharing of data and establish responsibilities between the parties. RCOE shall provide services designed to assist the District with certain requirements and mandates for managing or reporting on data collected by the District. RCOE will provide the following services:
Assist with the automation of any processes required
Ensure any systems it develops will have appropriate levels of security
Ensure data available can only be viewed or accessed by agencies legally allowed to do so
If necessary, will specify and assist in allowing network access to resources in a controlled and secure manner
In turn, the District shall provide system linkages or necessary data extracts or permission access from our Student Information System (SIS) on an agreed-upon schedule between the District and RCOE. Data extracts will be provided to RCOE electronically.
The term of this MOU shall be for three (3) years, starting July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026. There is no cost to this item unless the District requests any additional services from RCOE, by which both the District and RCOE must agree to a fee for such services.
