Summary:
|
The COVID-19 Safety Plan (CSP) was originally prepared in accordance with the Safe Schools for All plan and adopted by the Board of Trustees on January 29, 2021. On March 17, 2021, the Board approved a revised CSP following Assembly Bill (AB) 86 being signed into law. Now that Riverside County is within the orange tier, the Charter has again revised the CSP to allow for: (1) specialized cohorts operating under the CDPH cohort guidance to instead operate under the less restrictive hybrid model regulations, and (2) in-person instruction operating under the hybrid model to be increased to more than one day per week. The CSP was revised on May 1, 2021 and is being brought to the Board as a ratification.
