Summary:
|
The District solicited Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from multiple vendors for bi-weekly floor mat services. The floor mat service being provided includes anti-fatigue and high traffic floor mats for the Nutrition Services Department. After receiving multiple quotations, the Nutrition Services Department found that Prudential Overall Supply was the lowest quoted vendor to provide bi-weekly service.
The term of this Agreement shall be for three (3) years from August 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024.
This Agreement is being brought forth to the Board as ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from the vendor and the need to start services prior to the first day of school.

Funding:

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 operating budgets funded through Nutrition Services, not the General Fund.

Recommendation:
|
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify the Multi-Year Agreement with Prudential Overall Supply for bi-weekly floor mat services.
