Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to retain the services of Kristi Jo Photography for a one-year renewal term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Kristi Jo will provide photography services for the athletic clubs at Heritage High School (HHS), Paloma Valley High School (PVHS), and Perris High School (PHS) at no cost to the District. Students will have the opportunity to view and purchase photography packages via an online portal. Should the school site wish to purchase team/club pictures, they may do so upon Purchase Order approval.
The original Agreement's initial term was from October 17, 2024, through June 30, 2025. It included up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. This term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, will be the first of the four (4) additional one (1) year terms.

No fiscal impact unless a Purchase Order is drawn. The cost for this item is paid by students at Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, and Perris High School who select to purchase photos.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Kristi Jo Photography for athletic and club photography services at Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, and Perris High School.
