Summary:
|
On November 20, 2020 the Perris Union High School District (“The District”) issued a formal Notice Inviting Bids for the construction of the previously approved Liberty High School Aquatic Facilities Project (“The Project”). The Project has been divided into seventeen (17) categories of construction for which bids were received. The bid opening was held on December 17, 2020. After a comprehensive review of all bids it was determined that the low bidder in Category 20-Fire Sprinklers (Daart Engineering, Inc.) was not pre qualified in accordance with the bid documents. Additionally, the low bidder in Category 05-Structural Steel (BAS Engineering) submitted a Letter of Withdrawal for their bid due to a clerical error in their bid. The District is recommending the award of bids in these categories to the second place bidder. The District is recommending the award of contracts for the following categories:
