Summary:
|
In order to manage and secure the laptops and other devices, the District would like to enter into an Agreement with JAMF Software for the purchase of JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM). JAMF will provide self-service tools to install software, apps, printers, and configuration settings to the devices. JAMF software will also allow District administration to remotely disable and erase data from devices on the system that have been lost or stolen in order to ensure confidentiality and privacy of district data when devices are no longer in staff control.
The District has negotiated with JAMF for a three (3) year term pricing and shall be from September 21, 2021, through September 20, 2024. The cost per year for the JAMF MDM is $52,650 for a total of $157,950 over the duration of the contract.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
