Summary:
|
Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) would like to retain the services of ConvergeOne for Cisco FLEX Warranty Services.
The Cisco FLEX Warranty Services provided by ConvergeOne will help PUHSD maintain reduced network and telephone downtime with fast, expert technical support, flexible hardware coverage, and smart, proactive device diagnostics. PUHSD staff has “any time” access to ConvergeOne and Cisco engineers in the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and an extensive range of resources, tools, and training. Services provided for hardware support coverage include quick turnaround times for replacement hardware for many of the PUHSD mission-critical network components.
The term of this Agreement shall be for three (3) years, from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026. he cost for this service is $50,839.68 per year for three (3) years, invoiced annually; for a total amount of $152,519.04.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
