Summary:
|
The District and CSEA and its Chapter, Perris Valley #469, met on February 23, 2022, to discuss alternative work schedules designed to encourage better work-life balance through flexible scheduling, occasional longer days in exchange for predictable days off, or early departure (like summer hours.)
Based upon that discussion, an MOU was reached to address the impacts and effects upon the occasion that the District offers a flexible schedule to employees.
