On March 11, 2022, the Perris Union High School District (“The District”) issued a formal Notice Inviting Bids for the District Office Remodel Project (“The Project”). The bid opening was held on April 5, 2022. Responsive Bids were submitted as follows:
CONTRACTOR / BASE BID
OCS Construction Services, Inc. - $797,702.00
H L Hitchcock Construction, Inc. - $877,021.00
Dalke and Sons Construction, Inc. - $820,890.00
R Dependable - $1,265,000.00
The bid documents of the apparent low bidder were reviewed, and a post-interview was conducted with said bidder. Pursuant to Public Contract Code 20111, the District is recommending the award of contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, OCS Construction Services, Inc.
