Summary:
|
To maintain parity among all employee groups, the Charter recommends the salary schedules for all unrepresented employees (Certificated Management and unrepresented classified employees) be increased consistent with the January 19, 2022 board approved salary increase provided to Perris Union High School District Employees. The increase includes a one-time off-schedule bonus payment equal to five percent (5%) of their 2021-22 base salary placement as of October 1, 2021. This off-schedule payment shall be paid in two (2) equal installments for those unit members in a paid status as of December 1, 2021, and the second in June 2022 for those unit members in paid status as of June 1, 2022. This increase also includes an on-schedule salary increase of four percent (4%) retroactive to July 1, 2021, for all employees in paid status as of December 1, 2021, a second on schedule increase of two percent (2%) effective July 1, 2022, and a third on schedule two percent (2%) increase effective July 1, 2023.
