Summary:
|
The District entered into an Agreement for professional services with Clover Enterprises, Inc., on June 16, 2022. The Agreement stated the contract may be renewed annually upon mutual consent expressed in writing by the District and Contractor for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Section 17596. This Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Clover Enterprises would extend the services of providing athletic training/first responder to our school athletic programs for the 2024-25 school year and include any increase in fees.
Clover Enterprises will provide full-time athletic trainers (40 hours per week) for Perris High School (PHS), Paloma Valley High School (PVHS), Heritage High School (HHS), Liberty High School (LHS), and Pinacate Middle School (PMS) for $103,488 per athletic trainer. The PMS athletic trainer will render 25 hours of service per week to PMS, and for the remaining 15 hours, they will backfill where needed at the comprehensive high schools in lieu of overtime costs at those sites.
The term of this Amendment No. 2 shall be from August 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, at a total cost of $517,440. This Amendment reflects the last extension option for this Agreement, and a new Agreement will be negotiated for future services.
