Summary:
|
The University of California (“UC”) provides secured technologies and web services for subscribers to manually transfer personal demographic, academic, and other individual record-level data necessary to conduct the Transcript Evaluation Service (“TES”). Through TES, UC evaluates data as a service for participating California public schools and districts to determine student progress toward meeting the eligibility requirements for California's public systems of higher education.
UC will continue to provide District staff access to UC’s TES-secured webpage, which includes reports, for the length of the subscription period.
There is no cost to the District for these services. The term of this Agreement shall be for two (2) years, from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.
