The Liberty High School Associated Student Body (ASB) chose to contract with Peltzer Family Cellars, Inc. (Peltzer) for their 2023 Liberty High School Winter Formal Dance.
The 2023 Winter Formal dance will be held at Peltzer Winery, located at 40275 Calle Contento, Temecula, CA 92591, on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 6:00 - 10:00 PM. The cost for this event will be $27,901.66 for 350 students.
This contract is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the need for a signed contract and deposit prior to the scheduled Board meeting to secure the location.

The cost for this item is included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through the Liberty High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
