Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District and Red Rover Technologies wish to enter into an Agreement for the annual subscription for Absence Management System. The District would like to utilize the Red Rover Absence Management system for our staff's substitute placement and absence management.
The subscription term shall be from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, at a monthly cost of $1,373, for a total cost of $16,476 for the year. A (one-time) implementation fee of $2,000 will be applied. The Agreement may be renewed annually upon mutual consent expressed in writing by the District and Red Rover Technologies for another four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596. The subscription is also less expensive than the Agreement with the current vendor, saving the District $3,097.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
