Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District, on behalf of the California Military Institute (CMI), would like to utilize Contract #21Z01302 as awarded to Tangram Interiors by the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) for the purchase of furniture for the California Military Institute. This furniture will be placed in AVID classrooms to upgrade and advance the 21st Century learning environment at CMI. The ability to leverage the best pricing through various contracts and piggyback bids, like the SBCSS Contract #21Z013202, is in the District’s best interest.
The Contract was awarded to Tangram Interiors on July 1, 2020, for a one (1) year term with the option to renew for an additional two (2) one-year terms. SBCSS renewed the Contract with Tangram Interiors on May 3, 2021, to be utilized for the 2021-22 school year.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through the Local Control and Accountability Plan Supplemental Concentration Fund, not the General Fund.
