Summary:
|
Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government agency and service cooperative, conducted a competitive bidding process for the procurement of Fitness Equipment, Products, and Services and awarded a contract to Life Fitness LLC (Life Fitness). Perris Union High School District’s participation in the purchasing alliance over the years allows us to utilize various Agreements entered into through Sourcewell. The District wishes to procure fitness equipment, products, and services for use throughout the District on an as-needed basis. Staff can utilize this Contract or existing contracts within the District to find competitive pricing. Having the ability to leverage the best pricing through various master contracts and piggyback bids is in the District’s best interest.
This Contract expires October 1, 2024, and may be extended up to one (1) additional one-year term if mutually agreed upon by Sourcewell and Life Fitness.
