Summary:
|
The District would like to renew the Master Software License Subscription and Services Agreement with PowerSchool, formerly Hoonuit, to continue to provide a data analytics platform to produce assessment data accumulated through reports, audits, and configurations. The services provided in this Agreement include the continued operation of installed software, the configuration of LCAP accountability dashboards, and collaboration with the current programs used within the District (i.e., Google Sheets, Attention to Attendance, and NWEA-MAP).
Designated district staff will access ad-hoc reports and professional learning videos available for proper implementation.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year beginning July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through Local Control and Accountability Plan Supplemental Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
