Summary:
|
To maintain parity among all employee groups, the District recommends that the Classified Trainee salary schedule #059 be increased consistent with the Tentative Agreement recently reached between the District and the Perris Secondary Educators Association (PSEA). This increase includes an on-schedule salary increase of four percent (4%) effective July 1, 2021, for all employees in paid status as of December 1, 2021, a second on schedule increase of two percent (2%) effective July 1, 2022, and a third on schedule two-percent (2%) increase effective July 1, 2023.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 budget and multi-year projections.
