Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with Huddle Tickets, LLC dba GoFan (GoFan) to provide online ticket sales for sporting and other school events at District sites.
GoFan can safely and securely sell online digital ticket orders for sporting and other events, collect and process payments, issue refunds when applicable, and provide the sites with payments and transaction records. GoFan charges a per-ticket fee for the services, passed on to the customer when purchasing tickets. The cost for services is 5% of the ticket price plus up to $1.00 per ticket, depending on the type of ticket being sold.
GoFan will help school sites set up their custom-made website and offer reserved seating to help monitor seating maps and seat locations at the event. Additionally, guests can have their tickets scanned from their mobile devices or check in remotely from the app when they arrive at the event. Currently, the California Military Institute has expressed their interest in adopting GoFan; however, the contract includes other District sites in the event they choose to acquire GoFan’s services as well.
The term of this Agreement shall be for approximately three (3) years, from September 20, 2023, through June 30, 2026. Following the initial period, the District may renew the Agreement for another two (2) year additional term by written consent.
