Summary:
|
The Liberty High School Associated Student Body (ASB) would like to contract with SOS Entertainment (SOS) for their 2024-25 Liberty High School ASB Events. he events include Homecoming, pep rallies, Winter Dances, etc. OS will provide entertainment and event services, such as DJ and photography, dessert stations, venue securing, catering, coordinating, and more. he cost for these services is estimated at $75,000, based on events held in the 2023-24 school year.
The term of this Agreement shall be from August 1, 2024, through May 30, 2025.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2024-25 operating budget funded through the Liberty High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
