Summary:

On April 23, 2021, the Charter and California Military Institute Teachers Association (CMITA) met to review options to continue to provide high-quality, cost-effective health care benefits to Association members. The meeting's outcome is this memorandum of understanding regarding Health and Welfare Benefits for the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 school years. The agreement met the PARTIES' mutual interests and helped mitigate increasing costs of healthcare benefits for Charter employees.
