Summary:
|
The California Legislature enacted legislation signed by the Governor of California raising the minimum wage. The employer shall pay each employee wages not less than $16.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2024. As a result, the District requests approval to increase the hourly rate for Student Workers from $15.50 per hour to $16.00 per hour.
