Summary:
|
Through an agreement with CSEA, the district utilized the services of Eric Hall & Associates (EH&A) to conduct a compensation study of classified positions. The compensation study was conducted between August 2022 and November 2022. The final report was provided to the district on January 16, 2023. The report identified several positions as out of alignment with the comparable districts. To remain competitive and ensure fair compensation for our employees, staff recommends increasing the work days for Program Specialists from 203 to 210 days and increasing salary from salary schedule #263 Row 1 to #253 Row 3, effective July 1, 2023. The job functions and qualifications will remain the same.
