Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services with THINK Together to serve as the Workforce Readiness Facilitator for Perris Lake High School (PLHS) and Scholar+ Online Learning Academy (SOLA). Think Together will provide a comprehensive career awareness program to prepare high school students for the professional workplace through training, hands-on practice, and career-oriented internships. Work-based learning opportunities include presentations from guest speakers, field trips, job shadowing, career-related mentoring, work experience training, and internships. Robert Bryant, High School Workforce Readiness Facilitator, will deliver all activities. He has expertise in career technical education and work-based learning strategies.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, at a total cost of $74,520.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through Title 1 Funds, not the General Fund.
