Resolution No. 5_2023-24 Week of the Administrator - Google Docs.pdf
Summary: Leadership matters for California's public education system. To that end, the state will honor its educational leaders during the Week of the School Administrator, October 8-14, 2023. Many factors make a great school: quality teachers, supportive parents, and strong community partnerships are but a few. Great schools are also led by great principals and great school districts by great district administrators. These leaders are themselves supported by extensive administrative networks, including special education and adult education leaders, curriculum experts, school business officials, and classified educational leaders, among many others. Because the future of California's public education system depends upon the quality of its leadership, the state of California has declared the first full week in October as the Week of the Administrator. The Perris Union High School District wishes to acknowledge the Week of the School Administrator and commend all school leaders for their contributions to successful student achievement.
