Summary:
|
The current legal services agreement with Fagen, Friedman, and Fulfrost LLP expires on June 30, 2025. Attached is a contract for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, to allow for completing cases currently in progress, or on an as needed basis. The hourly rate for services for 2025-26 will range from $50 to $380 per hour.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2025-26 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, Special Education, and the General Fund.
