Summary:
|
On October 20, 2021, the Perris Union High School District Board of Trustees approved the contract with PD Special Events to secure a location for the Perris High School Prom for 2022. This Addendum to the Agreement with PD Special Events would extend the terms and conditions of the contract for Prom 2023 and allow for the Perris High School Associated Student Body to receive the following benefits in doing so:
$1 off per person for Prom 2022 and prom 2023
Complimentary DJ for up to 4 hours per school year
Complimentary centerpieces (rentals) for Prom 2022 and Prom 2023
The 2022 and 2023 Prom costs will be at an estimated amount of $32,400 per prom, based on the minimum guarantee of 400 students, with the discount included, for a total cost of $64,800. The cost for the 2023 Prom is contingent upon venue selection; the venue for Prom 2023 is yet to be determined.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 operating budgets funded through Perris High School's Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
